Packaging Design
Background
Design and fabricate a 3D packaging design inspired by the works of Japanese contemporary artist, Yoshitomo Nara. The packaging design reflects the style and essence of Nara's artwork, which often features a mix of innocence, nostalgia, introspection, and rebellion.
Result
The final product is both visually appealing and functional, serving as a protective casing for a record player. The deliverable is modeled using Rhino and rendered using Blender, then 3D printed in 52 hours and painted with acrylic.
